Biography

Lesia Gronemeier is the Assistant City Manager/Director of Human Resources. She has been with the City of Princeton since July of 2002. The Assistant City Manager's role is to assist in the administration of all City affairs and assisting the management of day to day operations of the City, focusing on working together to make City services more effective and efficient. As the Assistant City Manager she manages all aspects of the City's personnel functions including employment policies and procedures, retention, training and employer-employee relations.

She also works directly with City Council and the City Manager for all open meetings.
