Parks & Recreation Launches Princeton Senior Programs (PSP)

PRINCETON, TEXAS: The City of Princeton is launching a weekly senior program at the Steven and Judy Deffibaugh Community Center. The Princeton Senior Programs (PSP) kick off on Monday, July 31st, and will take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM.

All citizens over the age of 60 are welcome to attend. Meals on Wheels Collin County will also be on-site for the Congregate Meal Program

“This program is designed to keep seniors active by enhancing their quality of life through fitness and fellowship,” said Parks & Recreation Director Chase Bryant. “I would love to see the program grow throughout the community and be the highlight of each participant’s weekly activities.”

The Princeton Parks & Recreation Department is offering a variety of programs and services to enhance the quality of life for seniors 60 and better. Activities include fitness and wellness, fine arts, socializing with friends new and old, and more! Meals on Wheels Collin County will also be on-site for the Congregate Meal Program.
