At approximately 2:50 pm, on June 20th a caller advised a blue passenger car was driving through the Park Trails subdivision in Princeton running into mailboxes. Officers responded to the area and located the vehicle and driver related to the call. The driver fled from the vehicle on foot and officers pursued the subject. Officers located the subject, after multiple commands the subject refused to cooperate and an officer did deploy his taser, making contact with the subject, allowing the subject to be placed under arrest. One officer and the subject were transported to a local hospital for evaluation of heat exposure.
