FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 11-23-2022

PRINCETON, TEXAS: Ring in the holidays with the City of Princeton! On Friday, December 9 from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mayor Brianna Chacón and community volunteers will participate in The Salvation Army Mayoral Red Kettle Challenge. Volunteer bell ringers will raise donations for The Salvation Army’s iconic red kettles in front of the Walmart located at 701 W. Princeton Drive.

The fundraising goal for the event is $2,000. Any money raised will support The Salvation Army of McKinney and its year-round programs. You may donate in person, virtually, or in the kettles located at the Municipal Center and the library.
