City of Princeton celebrates National Night Out
PRINCETON, TEXAS: On October 4, 2022, neighborhoods throughout the City of Princeton are invited to join neighbors across the country in celebrating the 39th Annual National Night Out (NNO).
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes strong police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live and work. While the event is typically celebrated on the first Tuesday of August, the state of Texas and other select areas celebrate on the first Tuesday in October.
Neighbors throughout Princeton and across the nation are asked to lock their doors, turn on their front porch lights and spend the evening outside with neighbors and law enforcement. Princeton residents are also encouraged to register their neighborhood block party for a visit from first responders and city leaders. To register your neighborhood, please fill out this form.
