Payment of Fines

To pay the fine in full, simply enter a plea of guilty or no contest on the reverse side of citation and sign where requested. If you are unable to pay the fine you may request a payment plan or court date in person at the Municipal Court office.

Requests for Deferred Disposition or a Driver's Safety Course must be made in person or by mail. By calling our office you can confirm your eligibility to keep your citation off of your driving record and get information on how to request that.

    • Note: the Court will not accept a personal check for warrant payments

If you are mailing your plea and payment, it must be paid by or postmarked by the 20th day after receiving the citation.

To pay your citation by phone, 24 hours a day. Call 866-933-0354, have your citation number and date of birth ready to speed up the transaction.

You may Pay Online. Note that paying online will result as a conviction on your driving record.
