Zoning regulations determine what uses are permitted on a tract of property. Zoning, also, sets standards for such things as structure location, building facades and landscaping requirements. The City’s Zoning Ordinance sets forth the standards for each of our zoning districts and what types of permitted uses are allowed in each district.

Zoning maps are available for viewing or purchase in the Development Services Department at City Hall. Maps are also available online at our City Maps page.
