Zoning Board of Adjustments

The Board hears and decides appeals where it is alleged there is error on any order, requirement, decision determination by an administrative official in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance or interpretation of the Unified Building Code and the Princeton Zoning Ordinance. This Board has the power to hear and act upon appeals from a denial of a variance request. The Board’s decisions are final.

Meeting Time

When:	The Board meets on an As-Needed Basis, on the 2nd or 4th Tuesday of the month prior to the City Council Meetings.
Where:	City of Princeton City Council Chambers 306 Main Street – west entrance
Time:	6:30pm
