Reporting Violations

To report a violation of a city code, please call Code Enforcement at 972-736-6169 ext.23. Code Enforcement Officers inspect properties daily; therefore, a Code Enforcement Officer may not be available to receive a complaint call. Please leave a voice mail message. You may also send your concern via e-mail:  bchilders@princetontx.us

Please ensure you provide the COMPLETE STREET ADDRESS or cross-street location, and TYPE OF COMPLAINT (i.e., trash/debris, tall vegetation, illegal sign, etc.), and any other information that may be useful for a Code Enforcement Officer.

To remain anonymous when reporting a violation, call in your concern without giving a name and phone number. Please note that e-mails are not anonymous as they contain the sender’s address.
