The City’s Code Enforcement Department assists the residents of our city in providing an optimum environment conductive to good health and naturally home surroundings.

Concerns that Code Enforcement addresses include:  

• Chapter 26 Section 26:41
  Prohibited accumulations, dumping, stagnant water, trash, and other unsightly or unsanitary matter declared a nuisance
• Chapter 26 Section 26:42
  Vegetation on property exceeding 10”(ten inches) in height.
• Chapter 66 Section 66:59 Failure to conspicuously display the assigned address number on the property so as to be readily recognizable by approaching emergency vehicles.

  Substandard Structure
• Chapter 26 Article IV
  Erosion Control

  Sign
• Zoning Ordinance 26.11.4
  Parking on unimproved surface

Reporting Violations
